How This Module Works (From Real App Logic)

Loan Desk is a public loan for a farmer who has been approved by the market to supply. Investors fund the call, and the loan is paid up when the market pays that farmer.

User Step-by-Step Flow

  1. A farmer with an approved supply agreement posts a loan call.
  2. Investors fund the open call. The money goes to the farmer.
  3. When the market pays the farmer invoice for that supply agreement, active investments on that agreement are repaid in full, oldest first.
  4. The farmer can also repay an investment early from Loan Desk.
